Liz and Jerry Cobb have extensive backgrounds in Sales and Marketing totaling to more than 68 years of experience. Jerry has spent most of his time in various media channels and real estate while Liz enjoyed a successful career in the newspaper business before embarking on her encore career as a Realtor. Together we formed the Cobb Team in 2015 and have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

We both subscribe to the same tried and true formula – by providing superior service to each and every client and operating with the utmost integrity, everyone wins. Our clients get the results they expect, our peers and colleagues experience a fair and honest transaction and we enjoy a life of balance and success.  

Speaking of life balance, we have two sons who are making their own way in the world. Stuart is an attorney in Houston, TX. and Kelly lives in Des Moines, IA and is employed in the medical software industry. We reside in Colorado Springs with our Bernese Mountain Dogs.

We are proud citizens of Colorado Springs (Liz is a 4th generation native) and love showing off our beautiful city to prospective newcomers which makes us a great partner to have on your relocation team. We also believe in the power of community and how it can propel a city and we avidly volunteer for local organizations and boards.
