This review is a bit longer – but if you are considering buying or selling in Colorado Springs you will save a lot of time, energy, and MONEY if you read it all. First, I don’t often write reviews. Writing them about bad service is usually just because of the heat of the moment. Writing them about great service is rare because truly great service that exceeds what you paid for is hard to find. I’m writing this review because Jerry falls in the latter. My wife and I are a military couple. Moving to Colorado Springs was our first move as a couple and our first move buying a house. Jerry was amazing. He simplified everything – he really focused on the important stuff and did his best to breeze over the unimportant stuff while still making us feel confident. It saved us our limited time and made us feel confident with such a big and important purchase. That’s just the beginning of the story. Through the next four years, he checked in on us (not intrusively and often at my request) to make sure we were doing the right things to put us in the best position to sell our home when it was time to do our next military move. Fast forward 4 years and it was time to move again. Jerry and his staff went above and beyond making sure we were in the best position possible despite the pandemic. When it came time for showing we had 28 people view the house! We had to deny further requests because it was becoming a burden for us and our dogs. We accepted the best offer $75,000+ over asking price. We took great care of the house and it looked exceptional. But a huge part of it was Jerry and his team. We basically gave him the house for a few hours and he made us $100,000+ in return. Please trust this review. Jerry and his team are the best you will get in Colorado Springs.
